Green rooibos tea, rosehips, apple pieces, lemon grass, natural banana flavor, natural strawberry flavor, strawberries, natural creme flavor, blue corn flowers.  Each sample packet brews 10-12 cups.  Recommended steeping:  1 tsp. per 8 oz water for 5 minutes.
